To get the best results from your artwork, follow these guidelines.
• We accept only hi-resolution .jpegs and .tif files (if using Photoshop, flatten your tiff files).
• Use a minimum resolution of 200 dpi for your files. 300 dpi is recommended.
• Save your files as CMYK.
• See the piece size specifications on each product. The sizes do include bleeds.
Note: PrintMail.com will not accept returns on any items where insufficient .dpi is the cause of poor image quality.

For best results, follow these margin guidelines when building your artwork.
• Business Cards: Employ a minimum .125 margin around the outside edges and important text or images.
• Postcards: Employ a minimum .25 margin around the outside edges and important text or images.
• Letterhead: Employ a minimum .25 margin around the outside edges and important text or images.
• Brochures: Employ a minimum .25 margin around important text or images and the outside edges and folds.
• Flyers: Employ a minimum .25 margin around the outside edges and important text or images.

Because of the variance of color in not only monitors, but also printing equipment, the color you see on your monitor may not be the color that will print. Be aware that bright, neon, colors (ie: the green in our logo) exist primarily on your monitor, and will print as a muted color. Our equipment prints within industry accepted tolerances in the CYMK color space, but we do not offer exact color matching on CMYK documents.
